    Correct me if i am wrong but i found the solution to this to be pretty obvious. It can't delete steam.exe if you are installing from a CD/DVD as it will be write protected. All i did to fix this problem was copy steam.exe, SteamInstall_English.msi and setup_english.ini to my desktop and...
