Do you imply that because Valve released so much additional content for TF2, that this is now the only business model open to them?

My biggest problem with all of this, is that though the people complaining do have one small point (they call it Valve's 'promise'), that point is lost in general outrage over basically every aspect of those games now. I'm talking about people saying L4D was a bad game in the first place...
