The verizon guys just had to acknowledge that:

A. Their system should say $0.002 instead of 0.002c

or

B. Their system should say 0.2c instead of 0.002c

instead of playing dumb

You kind of have to feel for the supervisor though, because there's really not anybody higher up than him that can handle that guys phone call. The guy on the phone is a sweet talking, intelligent man who is talking about a difference of $70 or whatever it is. If the supervisor let's that slide, then he has to the $70.
 
I love how theres a huge like a 3 minute silence when he asks the tech supervisor guy to do the math...
 
I really wish corperations weren't such assholes about money. Legally a corperation is a person. But if large corperations actually were real people:

They would be the cocksucker in grade school that tries to charge you 50 cents interest to borrow a dollar for the pop machine.

They would grab loose change in your apartment whenever they were over

They would tell you they're your best friend when you've got something to give them but ignore you when you are out of luck.

They would ask to bum a smoke but wouldn't share a bag of chips
 
That is truly amazing. I suspect I'll be playing the audio file to a lot of people. It can join my other audio files of people doing stupid things.
