1.6 games crashing on Video Changes

For those of you that play cs 1.6, cz etc etc, are you finding that your game just crashes as soon as you make adjustments in the Video Options ??

I dunno if its just me or if anyone else is experiencing it, but its bloody annoying :angry:

In the windows enable "application-controlled" option in the Video card config dialog and also if you have a LCD/plasma monitor uninstall the software monitor came with except monitor driver.
