100% and still downloading

Steam auto-updates my games. So when I turned it on half an hour ago, it started downloading the new patch for CS:S. According to the Steam monitor it's now 100% complete but the download is still running. The download speed is 250 - 300 kb/s. Any suggestions?

you are downloading more than one thing right click on the steam icon in the systray and click moniter you will see what you are downloading

shut steam off and turn it back on
