Your 7800 is PCI-express or AGP? Looks good.

PCI-E yeah I will have to RMA to EVGA7800 first I think it's broken and its really dusty.

Also Asus my 8800GT was getting so hot (78c while in CoD4) this morning even though I had th fan speed up to 72% I bought this and I this a while ago so I turned off the PC and brought the Card with the 2 new parts to Geek Squad to let them install for me,I never got around to do it myself do you think it will greatly decrease the heat? also will it still fit like a 1 slot cooler?

Is waiting until he has $130 an option? I only ask because I would advise something like I link to below instead, as it supports x2 core CPU's & is night & day more powerful than that Semprom. Keep in mind, the Semprom is like Intel's Celeron. The Semprom CPU is nothing more than a bargin CPU. Then spend the $20 to buy that 1GB Ram strip. The system I link to comes with all that is listed below.

Motherboard + Athlon64 x2 3800+ AM2 CPU + 6.1 Channel Audio + SATA2 + DDR2 Slots + 256mb Onboard Video = Price $100.77

The above is just an idea, but if you want an honest answer, it's better than the parts you link to. I would highly advise you to go with Newegg, as they are the best online retailer in the world, at least IMHO, but that may not be an option. However, if you want to only go through Newegg, then let me know & i'll put together a few deals for you. Is $150 possible? It would get you much more performance.

Let us know.
