But what if he is innocent? Then everyone who knew him knows what he was arrested. And when he is released? I can't believe that media in the civilized world is putting out names like that.

Yea, I dont get it. I say, if its around your age, its legal.

Like a few friends of mine, they take nude pics of themselves and send them off to people who want them. I say, when you take that step, it remains your own responsibility, and the consequences thereafter are your own to deal with.

Besides, if there all around his age, using existing pedo media, technically that is legal. He was'nt distributing these images, but receiving them based on his sent "pics". I think the distributor of the "multiple image sendy things", should be bugged down.

Not the kid...least, I'd expect it would'nt be the kid.
