1600x1200 display problems

The game runs perfectly at this resolution, with all max graphics settings except for one problem - The ammo display is missing from my screen. I have no way to tell how much ammo i have left. It is clearly visible on at all lower resolutions, but not at 1600x1200. I have tried 2 different CRT's and gotten the same problem. I've installed the lastest drivers from Nvidia for my 7800gtx. Has anyone else seen this before? It would be nice to be able to use 1600x1200 its my max monitor resolution and lower resolutions just don't don't do the video card justice.

Also, i noticed that the display is just fine if i use that resolution in The Lost Cost.

this is a common problem right after you change the resolution exit and then restart the game and it should be fine
