Bastard deserves to be tortured and then killed so he can no longer enjoy life, not kicked in the balls. I don't subscribe to a leniency philosophy when it comes to people like this.
 
He'll get less years than someone committing corporate fraud. Good to know they're locking up the real dangers.

Recently something very terrible happened at a school around here. This pervo-teacher that would always hit on girls ended up dating one of the mothers of one of the students at the school. She would let him watch her kids when she was working her second job.
One kid was an autistic boy, the other a girl.

He made the autistic brother **** his little sister and videotaped it. His sister ended up getting pregnant...
He's only getting 10 years, bastard.

This is when torture should be legal. I wish that a vigilante group would take him out of jail just to torture him and then kill him.
 
A vigilante should go visit the rapist, then attach the rapist to him while sending a ballon in the air. Then some Korean pilots could quickly pick them up, you know, just like in that movie
