My thoughts exactly. It's the only explaination tbh.
That and he'd have to be extremely mature for his age too. Most teenagers aren't mature enough to handle that kind of responsibility.

If this is the same young guy I saw on a video interview once, he's actually an incredibly smart kid, certainly smarter and with a bigger vision for what he wants to do than 90% of his peers at his age in this country.
