1985 mod looking for new members

Hi All,
I am Hendrix, lead developer of 1985 mod.
We are currently looking to expand our mod team, we are specifically looking for the following:

Skinner:
Who can unwrap models, and create realistic and rustic textures.

Artist:
Who can create realistic graffiti, murals, and shop signs etc.

Model Compiler:
Who can take model files, SMD anims and VTF/VMT files and compile them ready to be coded.

Mapper:
to create decent SP & MP maps

What is the mod about? I couldn't gather much from the website other than that the women are good.

Basically its set before-during-after a nuclear exchange between the Warsaw pact and NATO. Its preceeded by a short but violent war in Germany, followed by a civilian insurrection and civil war in the UK.
