There is a ladder in the room. Climb it. Use the "use item" button to pick up a box and place it next to the open window. Jump on the box and jump out the window.

I found where to get my luggage...brought it around with me the whole game. Cant go anywhere without my razor.

I actually had lotsa trouble finding the cursed window thanks to the fact that the game was beyond black. My eyes bled that day. But I was so super and I can also navigate inside my room that I found the window and I also LISTENED what Barney said about piling stuff up. Yup, so great I am.
