1. How do i put weapons on my map
2. how do i restrikt this weapons:
AWP. colt, glock, usp..not on the server on the map

1. Place a point-entity with classname weapon_weaponname. There are FGDs you can download with those weapons in the entity list.

2. I'm pretty sure there's no way to do that.

If you don't want that weapon on your map just dont put an entity for it in your map.
