2 Q's Regarding HL2?

hey everybody,
just checked a store that is near me and they say the XBOX version of HL2 is coming out tommorow? is that true?

also it says GMT -4 hours is for me, but Im not sure, it is 4am or not? because I live in Atlantic Canada, am I correcT? thanks
