Hi new to this forum!

My favorate map to play cs_747. I know its a love it or hate it map, and most people hate it, but its a great map. I havn't found any info on cs_747 for CS Source. Does anyone know anything or know of any screenshots?

And do you guys think its worth it to buy cs condition zero so I can play beta? Is there a way where I can pre-buy HL2 and get access to beta?

The beta will likely be over quite soon so that'd be your decision. In my opinion, CZero was a good buy anyway so you might like it.

There is no other way of being in the beta unless you hold one of the vouchers that comes with ATI cards.

There are no screenshots for cs_747 but I think it's being ported over...

Heh, I loved cs_747 as well. Was a really fun map.

But to offer a slightly different viewpoint than chris_D, I think the beta is a lot of fun, but CZ was the most worthless game I have ever bought in my opinion. In retrospect I can't believe I actually paid money for it. Just another viewpoint for ya.

As for it being ported, I read a list of maps they were going to port and I'm pretty sure it wasn't on there.

It's possible that it could come later though.

Edit: Ah, ya that was the list I read. Thanks PiMuRho. I can't believe they're not doing assault and siege. I loved those maps.

Yeah, cs_747 was one of the few maps I liked in Counter Strike...sad they aren't remaking it.

no one says they wont eventually remake those maps.... its very possible the original authors of the maps might remake them... new maps will come later... on another note.. they need to remake cs_docks... that map was awsome!
