Looks good, don't know when the people on the opposite side of the pond will be able to watch it?

:O

Looked amazing!

Any idea on UK showing?

It will probably be around Feburary or March, they tend to start airing them in the UK just as they get to like episode 6 or something.

But then, that won't really be a problem for some. ;)

I didn't enjoy season 3 and 4. Hopefully, this will be better.

The box set of seasons 1-4 has 27 discs

By my maths, they needed to record about almost a hundred hours of epidodes.
Since the average movie DVD has three hours or so, that's like 27 discs for 33 feature films.

Well 24 eps per season each clocking in at like 43 minutes or so totals to almost 70 hours for the 4 seasons. I own each dvd set and have seen each season at least twice :P

Yeesh, The quality in the Day 5 Short was terrible, I had my volume all the way up and it was still barely audible.
Bad ripping off the Season 4 DVD.

Excuse the bump...

24 Season 5 Premiere is TODAY 8/7c! It premieres in Britain February 12th, 9pm.

ROCK ON!

For imminent future discussion, please keep the thread spoiler-free. Cause hell there will be LOTS!

Well you can't say much about 24 without spoilers :P but I'll put them in tags.

WARNING BIG SPOILERS:
Palmer being shot...man that sucks. He was a good guy. It's too bad Michelle got hit too. At least Tony and Chloe are alive. I loved Jack's smoke grenade tactics by the helicopter. That was just badass. I'm sure this season will be full of surprises :) Can't wait for the episodes tonight :D

I've always enjoyed 24, even when its pretty unbelievable, but its always a fun program to watch. You always want to know what happens next. I cant wait for season 5 :D

Loving it so far but... my few gripes...
Tony should've died, not Michelle... ****ing prick I hate him. :p and Derek seems to be a rebellious 15yr old kid who hates Jack, yet now he likes him? Same with Jack towards Derek.

and
These terrorists were rather newbish, why in the hell would they not want the treaty between the US and Russia signed? They have nothing else to do besides terrorizing the world? Bleh.

The first four episodes can be found on torrents. God, this season is gonna be so freaking awesome.

Jack Bauer's piss can cure cancer. Too bad he's never used the bathroom...

For the first bit...

NO WAY. TONY RULES. He's like 2nd in line in badassery next to Jack. Curtis is a new contender though since last season. I think that Jack just wants to have a connection with somebody since he's severed all ties since going underground after season 4. I mean...he's lost his girlfriend, wife, friends, daughter...

Well after seeing today's episodes we clearly see the terminal was just the beginning. Not to mention by making this about the treaty the terrorists got everybody's attention and had the opportunity to make the US and Russia looks like fools (the US moreso).

New episode tonight. Lookin' forward to it. ^^

In a bout of crazed idiocy, I re-watched Season 1. 14 episodes in one day...

Spoilers, scroll down really really fast or leave the thread if you'd prefer not to read them.

I still believe that Tony is a pansy.
In Season 3 I believe, Michelle's kidnapped and being held hostage... and Tony's complying with the terrorist's every demand... He should've realized that Michelle could take care of herself... But nooo.

The new episode last night was pretty nice...
It's rather ****ed up that President Logan wants to commit his wife, I'm glad she got away.
And Chloe is still my favorite character in this season so far, it looks like that the Whitehouse mole is about to be busted. :D

after watching Episodes 6 and 7 i had kind of a "deja vu" - Jack being reinstated again ... just the same as season 4. so nothing really "new" at the moment, but until now I still like the season.

wondering how they will "kill off" jack this time at the end of the season.

John McCain (R-AZ) was in this week's episode, anyone catch him? ;)

He's actually a fan of the show, surprising as he's very anti-torture. ^^

This week's episode was Awesome!

Too bad xxxxxx didn't know that a Deagle had only 7 bullets.

Two hour episode tonight!

Don't miss it! :O

Kim(Elisha Cuthbert<3) might be making her long-awaited return in it.

Poor Edgar died D:

Elisha Cuthbert looked pretty hot... I'm wondering how her damsel-in-distress-skills will be put to use in this season.

Great... next episode is only gonna be about escaping the CTU headquarter... and how are they gonna capture the terrorists with 40% of the employees got gassed to death, not to mention Edgar?

And how the hell did the terrorist enter the CTU HQ with a nerve gas? Don't they usually check everything before anyone can enter?

Talk about full of plotholes in this season...

By the way, what happened to both Lynn and Handerson? Are they both dead or what?

Lynn is still in holding, and Henderson is in custody.

But heck, next week's episode's gonna be great, cause this gives the bad guy lots of time, and the episode's gonna be really conservative.
Plus, it seems someone else is going to die (in the previews, someone is going to make the "greatest sacrifice.)

Edit: TERRIBLY sorry for the mistake, mistaken it with someone else.

That means we probably will never find out why Henderson kept the things so secret about the whole nerve gas issue...

Sorry. He's not dead. They tried to interrogate him medically but he crashed so he's sealed in the infirmary.

I'm guessing either Lynn will sacrifice himself (since he's a tool that is responsible for 40% of CTU dying) or it'll be Buchanon. I don't see one of the women going down anytime soon.

Since CTU is now unable to do their job, I think it will be easier for the Vice President to persuade the President into imposing martial law without going through congress.

And yes, I am now clinically depressed after seeing Edgar fade away.

I never really clicked with the character of Edgar, so his death didn;t mean much to me

On the other hand, I loved it when Jack shot Henderson;s wife in the leg and I hope he gets a really great, physical interrogation scene with Henderson
