2D artist looking for well-grounded team

After some thought, I've decided to dismiss creating a mod of my own. Instead, I'd like to offer up my services to a well-grounded team. I say "well-grounded" because my first, and only experience on a mod team was less-than-successful. (Of course, I'm sure being on a mod team for the game Red Faction was just asking for failure.) In any case, here's a taste of my work.

The work below was done in a more realistic style. Given it's popularity, I am able to draw "anime-style," if required.
