2D Shooter

Hi, I'm an experienced 2D game maker.

In the next six months i will be making a full 2D "metal slug" type game (mario style shooter). Sprites for characters must be complete so that i can start the game so i need people with experience with sprites to email me asap. This will be a well polished large resolution game, only apply if you are skilled and want your name on a quality game.

There are several jobs people can apply for:
Concept Artist
Sprite Artist
Pixel Artist

Hmm, i could be your concept artist but if you want some samples of my art you'll have to wait a bit because my scanner is almost permanently crapped up.

I still need character sprites to get started, the type of game depends on that at the moment:

If the animator is good at ninja sprites the game will will be like "shinobi" but if we get an artist that likes guns it will be more like "metal slug".

Sprites needed (Minimum):
stand
walk
jump
crouch
attack1
attack2
crouch+attack1
crouch+attack2

But contact me before you get started because there are size requirements.

We will go with a Shinobi type game (should require slightly less animation)
Someone can do a little concept work if they want.
I have attached a sprite of what i want the end product to look somehting like.
The game will be like the original shinobi but the main character should look like the shinobi from the PS2.
Sprites should be larger than the sample but not double the size.
I dont like the sample because in some frames shinobi has no feet.
Do a single sample sprite or contact me ;0)
I think i will go with sword & ninjs star combo (one button for each)
