2nd Level of GRAW on Hard

How in the hell do you complete this level on hard?

It's the first one in the helicopter, with the guys on the roof.

As soon as I see 'em they shoot one bullet through my head and it's game over!

Anyone here have any suggestions? I really would like to run through it on hard and get the achievements.

Speaking of GRAW and tough stuff, I'm on the mission where you have to take out the mobile AA's when the other 'copter goes down. Insane, I tell you. I have low health and I can't see shit, Thermal Visor or not, but they can see me. And all the while it's just constant ''Captain, you should be able to take out those heavily guarded guns all right, we'll keep watch from the sky!'' NO. Give me some god damn team mates at least.

I'm so confused...what is GRAW? The first thing I thought of was "Gears of War' or something..but I'm not sure.

Weird, I just did this last night (borrowing the game from a neighbor).

The first time I did it I got blasted in the head RIGHT as the chopper rounded on the roof with the enemies. This is my first time even playing the game so I'm not sure if it's true, but I decided to try firing at the rooftop before I even saw enemies to try to suppress them before they got the chance to take easy shots at me.

Either I was extremely lucky or it worked because they came close to hitting me, but I passed the section the 2nd time through.

Oh and Pitz, GRAW = Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter

ya the parts where you fight from the helicoptor can be tough on hard
you just need to make sure you kill everything as quickly as possible
because if you end up with a bunch of guys on the ground shooting your way for too long, you will always die
you just need to be quick

Yeah, this happened to me first time on hard so I just fired at random to start, then didn't get hit even once on that try. Might be a bug... those chopper levels were so piss easy.

Is this game any good? Is it for console only or does it have a PC port? Rate the game from 1-10...Not sure if I've played any Ghost Recons....

PC: 6 (seriosuly, I have both and the 360 is versoin is defiantly surpieor. That'll teach Ubisoft to make two difeerent games on diferent platforms.)

On the subject of GRAW2, anyone else seen the ingame videos? They're over at Filefront. Looks like the same old shit with slightly improved graphics and they got rid of the difficult controls. Some new features are in there, but that's a given for any sequel. As good as GRAW (360) was I really think it needs a bit more of an overhaul.

Dont remember having trouble beating it on hard...

This one map was a problem but it was a bug that didnt load the 2nd part of the map. Took me forever to realize and ending up wasting a lot of time.

i dunno, i think it looks great
upgraded graphics engine, the MULE, more unique squad mates to choose from and hopefully better multiplayer :thumbs:

I tried the trick of firing before I saw the enemy and it worked fine. Levels are actually quite easy on hard.

This looks like some sort of bug tbh.
