Has anyone had any experiences with glasses like this? Theres some on EBAY for $135 but they are LCD and their resolution kinda sux... I found some other ones and I called in, the guy said they work like a regular monitor and can display anything a monitor can display. I didn't really believe him. I mean how can these glasses show 1600x1200 but he swears they can.
Most sites I checked glasses like this cost a fortune but I found one place where prices seem VERY reasonable... as I found a pair for only $70 @ http://www.edimensional.com
Check out the site.. I myself am very hesitant to buy a pair of 3D glasses, or whatever they are called, but the reviews on their site almost have me convinced I should buy them:

You can see they were reviewed by NUMEROUS credible websites and every review says they are great.. I guess they wouldn't post bad reviews, but WHY haven't we heard of these before?? I thought goggles like this would cost hundreds of dollars, but for 70 bux wouldn't everyone have them??
I just don't understand why they seem so good.. so cheap.. yet every HL2 player doesn't have them yet? Must be too good to be true?
Anyway I don't mean to come here and advertise this site so to speak but I was doing some online shopping for several hours and I found it.. Right now it's between these goggles, some more RAM or maybe a small HD LCD monitor.
I'd also buy some goggles from another site if anyone has a cheap pair they have bought and can recommend.
edit... Read this from one of their reviews @ elited.net:
"Everyone views things in stereovision, you see two images as one. You know when you go to the eye doctor and he has you cover up one eye, things around you are perceived differently depending on which eye is open. Well, the E-D software and drivers do exactly this to your games as they are presented on your monitor. It flickers the image from left to right so fast that the human eye does not notice this. The glasses flicker synergistically with the image to give you a 3D image. Meanwhile, you never notice the flickering. Your mind then actually perceives you being in the virtual world, and therefore images appear to come out of the monitor. "
