3D SCREENSHOTS Halo 2.......

Except it should be the other way round. It should be the Master Chief kicking ass. :P
 
Although I have seen these type of screenshots before, they are always still worth a look. :cheers:
 
Thats pretty cool, but im not really impressed with Halo 2 at all anymore. It'll be awesome, but Half-Life 2 just stole my brain

I would have to agree. I don't think Halo 2 looks all that spectacular. I'm mainly focused on Half Life 2 now. :eek:
 
W.O.W. This makes me want to own an X-Box. I might just get an emulator to play this.
 
It is a game that really is showing the limitations of the Xbox technology compared to pc technology.

So? The graphics are very good compared to todays PC games and I don't want it for the graphics, I want it because it's the sequel to one of the best games ever IMHO.

Sexy? for a console maybe but those graphics don't even cut it for PC. Halo is a great game and all but graphics aren't exactly "next-gen".
 
If Halo 2 was made for the PC, there would be a massive differance in the amount of poly's the game uses as well as the texture resolutions. Because of all the graphical bells and whistles Halo 2 is trying to have they sacrifice a few things. I'll still get the game though, but i know after seeing the E3 2003 SP movie of Halo 2, that its not gonna hold a candle to Half-Life 2 at all.
 
Its a great idea to have all HL2 screenshots in 3D.

Valve should release all their next Shots in 3D. That gives more views at HL2 world.
 
weeeeeeeee! i can move the image around, and around, and around... ohhh, zoom in too!!

its obviosly just loads of images that have been taken, then when you move it left or right itjust scrolls through them really fast. for such a simple thing to do, im suprised more companies dont do it.

reminds me of brothers of arms, how you can pause the game and look at it in 3d. download that vid if you havent seen it yet tho :)

But it will also be a worse game - just as Halo on the pc is inferior to the XBox.

HL2 will be the best game, yeah.. But what's better than one awesome game? 2 awesome games! It's not like a ****ing war everytime theres another game than HL2 that might actually be liked by someone.

they werent comparing games to HL2, they were saying it would be cool if valve made 3D screenshots OF HL2.
