3Dmax Tutorials.

Hi guys its been a while since i posted anything here
Ive acctualy got hold of 3Dmax 5 and im going throught the Tutorials that are acctualy set in to the 3DMAX 5 program its self..

Im working my way throught the Tutorials (never done this sort of thing before) i Did the apple tutorial lastnight and wasnt totaly happy with my performance so im going to go over it again to see what i did wrong ( LOL dont laugh we all have to start start somewere).. After that theres a tutorial on makeing a 4 Peace chess set, Now to me this is more what i want because i think it shows you how to acctualy draw the object, Rather than useing Spheres and useing Noice to mis shape them to make Astreiods or Apple shapes.

What i want to know, Is there any weapon modle Tutorials out the that are very detailed in the way they tell you were to go in 3Dmax and use the tools, Realy weapon modles is all im intrested in dooing. Any help would be realy Apreceated (Sp)..

I have done exactly the same as you (the tutorials) and i just want a weapons model tutorial to see if i can do that and then work on from it

MAN i wish someone would make a character tutorial for like a low poly male character, i can't find a good one like this, anywere.... also does anyone know where i can find one of the original ut2k3 models to download so i can tear it apart and see how they made in (in .3ds, or .max) format?
