3DsMax: problem with moving

How can I see the other moving tool (the one with you can move only to left or right or...)? The tool worked before, but now I can't get it on :angry:

When I'm trying to move vertices, I get this tool (same with the rotate-tool):

You just need to press X, its the hot key to turn the move transform on and off.
