3dsmax support?

Is there anyway I can get a model fro m3dsmax into hammer? I'm also having trouble converting the model into a .QC Could someone tell me how to do this or direct me to an article or tutorial that will help me with this. Every tutorial I've read thus far has not worked for me. Is there even any 3dsmax support for hammer? Thanks.
