3dsmax6 to CS:Source?

Ok I got the model+skin and I want it ingame @ source

I have 3dsmax6, the model+texture and it should replace the first-person model of the m4.

Ive never done this, if any1 have got a tut and how to place it correctly and sizes ect
 
The problem is this requires a series of compiling, and unfortunatly, none of the tutorials can completely tell you how to compile your model correctly. From what I've tried all of them were either incomplete or would only get you so far, so unless some one here can give a real explanation, your stuck.

If you have any specific questions, just ask them, I use 3dsmax7 and it works #1.
