.3gp to...

Hey guys... Need some help

Got some coursework for college and I need to add video to it. I'm using my mobile to capture the video and it uses the .3gp format. Thing is that .3gp isn't an allowed format so i need to convert it. I need the file size to be as small as possible, sound isn't neccessary but could be helpful, not sure if I'll need sound yet.

File formats i'm allowed to use:
.mpg (MPEG)
.avi (AVI)
.mov (QUICKTIME)
.swf (FLASH)
.wmv (WINDOWS MEDIA VIDEO)

I've had a quick look around and any i could find didn't work well, messed up the video or put a huge ass logo all over the video.

Any help is great.

It's used by mobile phones. It can be played in quicktime but its not allowed to be used in my coursework

Download freeware Zwei-Stein Converter. – (Program used to convert the files)
Next, download and install free 3gp codecs intended for converting files: Quicktime Alternative.
Sommat i found on net for u Ren

1) Launch Zwei-Stein (Click Start -> Programs -> Thugs at Bay...)
2) Press File -> Import -> Import Video Clip
3) Select type of files - "All files (*.*)"
4) Open your .3gp video clip.
5) Press File -> Export -> Video for Windows (AVI)
6) Enter filename.
7) Choose video codec. DivX, XviD or WMV9 are recommended.

Wow Cole you make it sound like your sure know your STUFF Thanks! Perhaps you could have just given that link, which also shows where to download the codecs...rather than copy and pasting it where it looks like you wrote it!
