HELP! i have to write a 400-600 word essay on the history of computers, so i thought "what the hell, ask HL2.net!"

i need ideas, PLEASE!

If you're writing a decent paper the hard part should be having it trimmed DOWN to meet 400 words :O.

But as for the topic, you could go into military uses and how it's evolved from there to civillian society- including the internet.

15 pages? Blargh. It wouldn't be THAT bad to lose it all. I mean, you must have most of what you want to say in memory.

That's true, you learn from the mistakes you made the first time around, and the second is more refined.

I speak from experience: when I got done animating a particularily tedious part of my solonoid airsoft movie, and then Flash crashed and I didn't save... The second time around I knew exactly what I wanted and it turned out looking much better the second time around.
