I hope there isn't a rule against this I don't know about, but with all the newegg and monarch and zzf links I'm thinking there's not.
I've seen several people aroud here asking about power supplies, or worrying that theirs isn't good enough. I saw this deal and though someone might be interested.
The Tagan TG480-U01 480 watt power supply. It's been getting good reviews, and it's currently on sale for $73 w/ free shipping form www.ajump.com in the US. (Also available, a 380-watt for $54)
To find it: Enter 'tagan' in the search box.
Quick details: 480 watt, lots of wires, 2x SATA power connectors, 90-240 volt auto-switching, 3-year warrenty, supposedly very quiet.
Official site: www.tagan.com
I think they are a seperate company, but the US distribution at least seems to be through epower. You can find this PSU at newegg as well, under that name.
Here are some reviews:

FYI, I saw these used at tomshardware.com recently, on one of their overclocking articles, I think.
Don't rush into a decision, obviously, but it seems like a deal to me. I don't know how long the sale lasts. I have one in the mail (they shipped same-day. I missed the sale tho, 1 day early :x ) and I'll tell you what I think of it when it arrives.
BTW, these are available in europe also, check the tagan website for official resellers.
If anyone has a better value on a high-power CPU they know of, please share, of course.
Edit: Oops! Forgot something. Full disclosure, yaknow? Resellerratings review of ajump here. A middling 7-something. Newagg as a known alternative is about $14 more (w/ shipping) IIRC.
