5.1 Headphones

We had a discussion about these a while back and I researched some 5.1 headphones and I wasn't really impressed.. However since then I've seen theres lot of new models out.. including one really sweet model by Sony.

So I'd like to ask the question, does anyone use 5.1 headphones? How are they?

I've read all about the Zalmans but I'd really like to hear about some other brands and newer models.

I think i will order SpeedLink Medusa 5.1 (non-usb), but they are out of stock on all UK sites for now. i been told it is best 5.1 gaming headseat.
Can you link me the sony one ?

I just saw them on Ebay when I did a search for "5.1 headphones", they are on the list.. but apparently they aren't real 5.1 headphones.. it has a 5.1 decoder but it's only a pair of stereo headphones..

I read a lot of reviews and other forums and everyone seems to have a pretty negative view of most 5.1 headphones... I think I'll stick with my Sennheisers.

Though the non USB single is also out of stock I'm afraid.

I use the Speedlink Medusa 5.1, and its great!

The microphone is a godsend! quality is superb.

The bass speaker actually rumbles if you got your headphones a little
