512mb 8x graphics cards?

Are there any recent 512mb AGP 8x video cards on the market? I can't find one anywhere; all of them are PCI-e.

Also, is a Nvidia 6800 GT OC better than a ATI Radeon 850xt xl etc?

The X850XT is faster than the 6800GT in most games. FYI
BF2 benchmarks, first gfx link I came to.

Has the X850XT, X800XL (299$ card) 256MB and the 512MB version...plus the 6800GT.

This is what used to show up there but for some reason its gone, thats why you have that one reviewer that says that thing about Nvidias previous can't beat Nvidia's latest thing. I just hope he was kidding.

Ahahahahaha a 512MB card with a 64 bit memory interface lol. the sad thing is people go "liek omg a 512 mb card for 100 dollors! its bettter then teh 7800 becuas that only has 256MB!!!111!" and then they buy it....

Just about every person who comes into Compusa to buy a gfx card thinks memory is how you compare cards. They are always looking at those cheap 256MB cards and I just shake my head. I try to tell em to look at the model number and the price while ignoring memory as long as it has 128MB+. But they just give me a wierd look as if I'm giving them weird advice and they are trying to figure out if they should take my word or not. lol

Isn't it supposed to be that those cards have 256mb of built in memory, and then can acess another 256mb of your RAM?

lol i always tell my friends about memory and 128bit cards and 256bit cards since 256mb ram wont do any good on a 128bit card
