HatRabit - it's not really THAT expensive, it might be a bit expensive for a 'common' mod-maker or level-designer newbie, but if you compare the prices against other texture packs, it's not really that expensive.

Oxygenetic - So far I've ONLY! made stuff for free.

I will be updating the pack soon, and including 180 photos for dirtmaps =) Here's one that's already online (full sized texture)

However, it's not one of the best or most detailed, because that file hosting system has a limit of 1Mb files.
