6600GT 128MB AGP with 300W PSU. Will it be fine?

I have a 300W PSU: Power Supply Bestec ATX-300-12E 300 Watt. I was wondering if the XFX 6600GT 128MB DDR3 AGP 8X will run on this PSU.

Here are my specs:

AMD Athlon 3000+
512MB PC2700 RAM
Asus GeForce 5200FX 128MB OC'ed <_<
160GB HD
DVD ROM
CD/CD-RW ROM
Multimedia Card Reader
300W PSU

It should be fine and will be a massive improvement over the 5200...
