If you wait a month or two the prices will go down considerably, there's no need to buy a new video card just for doom 3, wait until HL2 comes out; oh wait a second, then these cards would be ancient...
 
The forums should have a paypal pot and see who guesses the right date for HL2 releases.

what is with the histaria going around for these cards? My god, 600 bucks for not even the top one. I think I'll just wait till production goes up and demand goes down a bit to find a reasonable price.

Its canadian prices man.
$600 is what nvidia recomends retail price.
 
I wish I had a credit card. Debit sucks. Cant order shit of the internet.
