7900GT overclocking?

I would like to get 2x 7900GT for SLI. Anyone happen to know which version of the card makes the best potential overclocker with stock cooling?

Should have added the "I am crazy" disclaimer, but yes . It probably won't be a major OC, but I just want something that can be increased a little and still run stable in SLI. So far it seems eVGA looks to be the best choice.

Well, i'm going to be doing a complete upgrade soon, and I want to get the most out of it.

The biggest problem isnt the overclocking but to actually get a pair of 7900GT that works.

OCZ DDR2 800 @ 5-5-5-10
OCZ 700w PSU with dual 12v rails @ 20A

Not sure about the mobo yet since Nvidia hasn't released much info on conroe supported chipsets.
