80ish process in vista

I'm not exactly sure which ones I should disable or how to go about, I've always been wary of this because I'd rather not disabled something from start up and fubar my system.

so I come to you Hl2.net and ask for you help, I don't really have any knowledge about this and am not sure how to proceed.

*edit* for further clarification it is a laptop, should that make any difference
