According to a July poll conducted by Scripps News Service, one-third of Americans think the government either carried out the 9/11 attacks or intentionally allowed them to happen in order to provide a pretext for war in the Middle East. This is at once alarming and unsurprising. Alarming, because if tens of millions of Americans really believe their government was complicit in the murder of 3,000 of their fellow citizens, they seem remarkably sanguine about this fact. By and large, life continues as before, even though tens of millions of people apparently believe they are being governed by mass murderers. Unsurprising, because the government these Americans suspect of complicity in 9/11 has acquired a justified reputation for deception: weapons of mass destruction, secret prisons, illegal wiretapping. What else are they hiding? .....................

There's no shortage of retarded people in the united states, I'll give you that.

I don't believe our government had anything to do with the attacks, or allowed them to happen with full knowledge when and where it'd happen. I think if anything, it was that not enough was done to react on reports that something may happen, which... isn't all that surprising considering the amount of warnings they get on various things. It's hard to know which is real, which is not.

I think the terrorists just got lucky.

Agree, US Government did not know, or were behind the attack. One could say they were retarded enough not to respond to the threats posed and reported by several agencies, but then again,... how many threats does a country like the US get each year??

Most of the country supported the war in Iraq after 9/11 and a majority of Americans thought they had WMDs. Just because a lot of people think one thing doesn't make it at all true.

Next time you decide to make a post think twice. You offered no factual evidence to refute the official story and decided to beat around the Bush(lol) in an attempt to make your point "valid".

Here, I will offer you a challenge. I dont care about the official story or wha the government didn't see into the future and do. Please find factual evidence to support an alternate theory about 9/11. Note that your evidence needs to be factual/scientific evidence and has to directly support that alternate theory.

This has been discussed to death really, the fact of the matter remains that hypothesis for other theories are just as valid especially concerning wtc7 which admitedly has no definiate conclusion for what caused its collpase, other recent claims included even the FBI where forced to admit they have no hard evidence osama bin laden was connected to the attacks.

Look it's simple you can rant and rave about people being crazy if they believe anything else but the fact of the matter is there are over 100 examples of atleast foreknowledge within the government and they are all taken out of mainstream news sources.

..and they still are not sure how WTC7 imploded. Alot has happened since people have decided to carry on whole heartedly believing the bush administration conspiracey theory, the most blatant example now is the physics of the event just don't hold upto the official theory of pancaking at the time.



Not to mention molten metal which as far as I can tell is just denied by people who don't question the official theory, when there is even video evidence of the fact that there where pools and 'flows'

..and tempratures only consistent with molten conditions where recorded by NASA space satelites for months after the collapses, it is all inconsistent with idea of pancaking as supported by NIST and popular mechanics initially, and while the condradicitons are not 100% conclusive it should make anyone question the validity of what was told to people on that day.

Frankly I don't know what to belive about 9/11, because even if the government wasn't behind the attacks, they sure as hell don't seem to wanna give out clarity about it.

I wouldn't blame anyone beliveing the government were responsible though.

Clarky, your list of "250+ Contradictions" contains approximately zero contradictions, as far as I could tell from reading the first fifty or so and skimming the rest.

The article is actually called "Connecting the dots. Where do they point?" and repeats, as its main points, at least a dozen claims that have already been debunked repeatedly in countless previous threads on this very forum.
Threads that you have read and participated in.
It also pads out the list with worthless points like:

..and a whole lot of things blaming the jews.
Also, much of the sources are broken links.

And, for the matter, attempting the same action over and over and failing each time without changing your tactic is called, yes, insanity.

Osama bin Laden is obviously the prime suspect because he admitted it.
You have no better suspect, and your evidence against are two conspiracy websites.
And nobody except the insane thought the NIST was infallible or that they were claiming infallibility.
For months now, the reasoned response to your many posts and threads has been that the investigation is ongoing, and not obviousy perfect, but "at least" it uses real science and real logic - something you refuse to do consistently.

This thread itself is an Appeal to Authority and, as Raziaar pointed out, proves nothing except that people in general are not terribly adept at basic logical thinking.

I'm closing this thread and all others like it until someone - anyone - can write something that isn't just a list of events glued together with the stupid paste of incomprehension and inference.
