So I go to reinstall some video card drivers, it gives me an error about ikernel.exe

I look this up on Google, find some forumites with the same hassles and check their replies, find myself an updated copy of ikernel.exe and download.

Now ikernel is an important piece in InstallShield, which is why my driver setup wouldn't run. Now I'm downloading the updated ikernel thinking, if my installshield is screwed, then how am I going to install the new ikernel to fix it?

Funny enough, the setup for ikernel.exe crashed telling me I needed ikernel.exe :) Hooray! Anyone think they can work around this one?

Whatever you do, don't delete ikernel.exe. I did that on Windows 3.1 cause it kept giving me errors, i was like, "Well if the kernel is gonna keep giving me problems, i'll just delete it and it should fix everything". I was stuck with MS Dos for about a year after that.

Ack, nevermind, it's decided to right itself -_-
