That is why I am here now. We were let out at 10:30AM because someone wrote "Bomb blows up at 6th period" on the bathroom wall. It was the boy's lavatory. It's awesome that we were let out, but then it also sucks that we have to make up the day at the end of the year. :(

I just moved to this school and I heard from students that this is quite common in this town. People are saying and expecting more to come.

I got out of school for this at least 3 times this year. maybe its just some people not wanting to take tests...

Worst I have experienced is 6 succesive fake fire alarms. The gathering area was far from the class rooms I was in so it was annoying running back and forth all the time, plus I had a big test and losing your concentration several time due to that = not funny.

I remenber some years ago inthe schoolthat I was studying before was a bomb alert
they say that they found a strange box in one classroom and make a strange beep, and them he police enter and all the students were evacuated, even the TV come to the place, but I think was all false

lol whats up with all the bomb threats in other countries? Here when the fire alarm sounded no one even cared.. :D

One day you will care, when the fire melts your snowy land :p

Fire alarms here are a bitch, you'll probably go deaf if you didn't get out of the building :(

Yeah i hate the things although they can be helpful especially when it comes around to me German lesson. I hate the teacher, nothing against the Germans ofcourse. at all! not one bit! honestly! would i lie!? nope, not one!

Wow! Never had a bomb threat in Manchester... even though we got blown up :P - maybe our intelligence is worse than Americas

im from machester, (rochdale), and as far as i know trafford centre got bombed some few years back

Trafford Centre??? That didn't get blown up...

About 6 years ago when I was a Freshman in Highschool there was a new fad for people to call in bomb threats. They wouldn't specify what school so every school in the district would have to evacuate. This went on for the whole year. By the end of the year we had 192 bomb threats and the most we had in 1 day was 6. The state passed a law because of this saying that for every bomb threat you make you get up to 2 years in jail for each threat. They stopped after this but a few still did it and are now in jail lol.

no-one I know of here knows of any bombs going off in the Trafford Centre... you sure it wasn't a hoax?

Heh, was the trafford centre even built in 1996?

Edit: So many northerners in one thread :O

Holy crap man, this is nothing. On august 26th a freshmen was caught in my school with 2 pipes bombs in his backpack, our whole school was evacuated.

I got to Middletown High School in maryland, It was national news as well.

here's a link to it

Would have been some scary stuff if the kid has set them off.

Weve had a gun threat and a bomb threat separate days in that last 2 months. They made us go to school too! If i heard a gun go off in the building i would open a window and run.......Anyways on both days of the threats the principal just told us to sit quietly in class and do our work. A boy made the bomb threat and a girl made the gun threat.

Ours are 125 dB, I think.

 My school is so full of druggies, it's crazy! There's been cops on campus with drug sniffin' K-9's(I tried to pet one, but the officer was too mean to let me ;( ) There's also narcs that disguise themselves as students or student narcs that work for the cops. It's freakin' crazy, don't trust anybody now.

regarding the post above, how about just dont do drugs? or at least dont do em at school.

Anyway at my school this one science teacher set of the firealarm 24 times in one year (a lot for a small jewish school) she is friggin psycho with chemicals.

All something about me? wtf?

No, it's actually ißt in the third person. It's what someone might call a strong verb. 'Alles klar bei dir?' is like asking 'Is everything clear to you?'.

I wish something exciting like this would happen at our school. All we ever get are annoying fire-drills.

argh! Strong verbs, I hate them! Yeah, it's isst
