No but you are blind. there is a file to download in white letters that say here, It is the file for the lambda that you wanted.

People just don't take the time to read anymore they just want want want info at a touch of a button.

Im not going to do the work for you but after you DL the lambda psd file, you convert it to to vtf using the other progs that you can dl from that site. OR

You can dl any jpg from the internet or bmp and convert it to vtf using the ingame spray import found inside the beta options menus where you pick the spray you want to use . Just make sure your resize the pic to 256 x 256 or as the tutorial says as far as smaller sizes. You can resize using a prog called irfanview and I am sure a million others but that is what I use.
