It would be the entire left side of the screen, if it was like that pic it would be a patch smaller than a contact lens

and it'd be extremly out of focus, so just a small black dot in front of you're field of vision.

But if it were done realisticly, there'd be the bridge and tip of his nose in the middle left of the screen. AND no perception, which is quite needed for battle

There's already no depth perception for any of the classes unless you use a 3-d display of some kind. I don't understand why you think it'd be out of focus, though.

Ironically, in real usage I'd think depth perception is far more important for tossing grenades than for any gun or melee weapon. That is, the Demoman would benefit the most from two eyes, and he's the only class with only one.
