A few benchmarks with AMD's 90nm Athlon 64 3000+, which runs at 1.8GHz with 512KB L2 cache and is a Socket 939 part.

The site was getting hammered before but it should be good now.

Dual channel doesn't make much of a difference at all but 200MHz clock speed does. ;)

hehe
nm is nano meter.
That is the size of the chip.
Previously, all of AMD's current chips were 130nm but they are releasing chips from their new proccess (or die shrink) which are 90nm.

Die shrinks allow for lower power consumption but with this shrink the size of the die is also harder to cool because of it's heat/size ratio.
