Does anyone know any good quality 128mb video cards that are prefferably nvidia but doestn have to be.....that is reasonable priced?

ATi 9600 pro's are pretty cheap now, for HL2 i'd stay away from nVidia, as the only reasonable priced 128mb cards they have are all Geforce FX'es... and you shouldnt even look at one of them, let alone buy one.

I own an FX 5200 (128mg) and it's not that great, try to get a 9600 pro.

You can get a 9600Pro for just over 100$ USD that will play HL2 at 1024x768 with good frame rate.
A 9800Pro (~200$ USD) would play HL2 a lot better plus future games, as it would allow you to turn up the detail and resolution to 1280x1024. It will also perform pretty well with AA/AF filters enabled.

Do not buy a ATI 9200 or Nvidia 5200 card. Nor any card that has SE or LE at the end.
The FX cards are DX9 but perform poorly. Avoid them, especially if you wish to play Half-life 2 as you will get a much better card on the ATI side at those price points.
