A good PSU for SLI/Crossfire

This is the one I'm using now.

I've had it a few months, and I love it. The quality was surprizing, compared to the PSU's that come with most pre-built PC's. It came with tons of high quality cables. It's got dual 12v rails, and it's quiet as hell.

I bought it because I had just got my new video card, and my stock PSU didn't meet the recommended requirements. I needed something right away so I drove up to the stores and it was the best one I could find. As a bonus, it was on sale for like $80, instead of the normal $100 at this store. If I would have known I would have needed a bigger PSU, I would have ordered it with my graphic card, and I would have gotten one that could handle anything.

I'm concerned it won't be enough for 2 graphics cards, at least 2 HD's, a DVD drive, mouse, sound, a quantity of fans, and dual core processor. But I hate to buy a better PSU, considering the price of this one, a better one might be $150 or more. I could use that money.

What do you guys think?

EDIT: Oh, and my graphics card is massively overclocked, requiring even more power, especially if I have 2 overclocked cards.

If you're worried about the money, then why do you want 2 graphics cards? Most of the time you're better off getting a better single card.

500watts was just enough for PC with 2 high-end cards for the 1st or 2nd generation. If it's just X1900GTs you might be OK although if it was me I would buy a more powerful unit especially since you have 2 hard drives and want the GPUs OCed.

I want unprecedented untapped power on hand. I want to be able to turn the graphics options up to max on any game, with massive epic battles with dozens, even hundreds of enemies on screen, with a rock steady 60fps.

What graphics card can do that?

I've only had mine a couple months, and it was one of the top cards available.

At newegg, they had a few graphics cards that cost several thousand dollars. Is that what I have to do? Because I think a crossfire configuration will be cheaper. ;)

My brother built some new Intel dual core with custom matched 4GB Ram and 2 gigantic wide-screen LCD displays a few months ago. I intend to build something more powerful.
