A help request for a coder, modeller, skinner

Since the last thread was a bit too long, here is the short version.

OK,

I need:
-three or four coders;
-a modeller or two;
-three or four skinners;
-two or three animators;

Any mod that thinks it needs four coders has probably never seen an experienced coder in action.

By the looks of your design document, you only need a coder to do new weapons and NPCs. You only need one coder for that.

Yeah, but look at the amount of work to be done... 2 coders then, each working on their own part.

You're simply coding creatures, weapons, and vehicles. If one coder alone can't do it properly, you've got a crap coder.

My modification has probably about as much coding work as yours does to be honest. One programmer can easily cope with that if they organise themself properly and have spare time.

And as long as they know what they're doing, too. No use hiring a newbie coder unless there's someone to help them along.
