Every time I load a saved game it says Node Graph out of date ...rebuilding and A.I. disabled. With the A.I disabled, the enemies don't attack. How do I fix this.

Uhh, that sounds really fishy. I hate to be the guy that says this, I don't like accusing anybody of anything, but did you pay for your game or get it off of bittorent or someother filesharing thing? The node graph thing normally only happens with custom maps, and as far as I know the A.I. is always enabled unless you typed the command in the console.
Anyways I'll still help as there is always the possibility that you actually bought the game. To fix the AI problem all you have to do is type: ai_diasble , in the console.
I know it sounds kinda backwards because you want to enable it but it toggles on and off and should fix the AI problem.
