A. I. Disabled

Hey guys

Everytime I play HL2 now I get this permanent message in the screen, it says A.I. Disabled and the enemys won't attack me and the friendlys won't do anything either. I already uninstalled and reinstalled but that din't fix the problem. If you somebody could help, I really appreciate it.
