A.I Problems, HELP!

I know half life 2 is a great game, that's why i purchased it. But what can a great game do without having an A.I to fight with? Everytime i load the game there's always a sign in the right lower of the screen saying "A.I Disabled....", then throughout the game all the enemies and A.I, and i mean ALL OF THEM just stand still like stones. Can someone help me with this problem? How to enable them again?

that happens when you download the warez version...you buy it you say...but i believe none of it.

he's another warez user, easily identified by having 1 post and the first thing he says is "i bought the game."

Actually, it happens when using some MODs as well. It's happened to me once while using JBmod.
