Can the police/FBI/CIA/KANSPC/NIS/NSA/MI5/MIA/SSA/KNPA or whatever track down servers' and users' locations? Just from the internet.

Actually, its because of an arrest on the news I've read about.
 
Of course. Every server you connect to hast to know your IP address. If someone wants to know who you are, they call the provider (which is indirectly entailed within the IP address) and ask for your address. It's that simple, actually.
 
And that was the last time we ever heard from Numbers.

Ok, theres this guy, who supplies Korea with 40+% of all porn in our country. He got arrested for Communication Ethics violations (not reporting his site/whatever to the police) and got on the news. Soo, I was just wondering how they got him.
