I noticed just now how moving my mouse all over the place eats about 30% of my cpu! D: Moving slower takes less cpu.

Those huge bumps are when I move my mouse quickly. That high spike near the right is from stretching the window.

WTF?!

Erm...

Cheese maybe?

Sorry, I really have no clue o_0

Razer Copperhead with the latest firmware, without drivers. I think I might install the drivers just to check it out.

edit - no difference D:

I got the same mouse too. Havent updated the firmware, but I noticed my cpu usage went up to 15% when I started moving it rapidly.

D: indeed

It might be because it's using USB (which uses more CPU time than PS2 or Firewire). And USB's cpu usage can vairy depending on what hardware you have inside which is responsible for the USB (chipset on the motherboard). My CPU is always at 100% so I can't test mine out. But that's because I fold. :p

wow... mine does the same.. kinda. I have a Logitech G5, while moveing it alittle it jumps to about 5-7%, at the rate of a normal fps movement speed about 10%, and randomly throwing it across the desktop viciously, 15- 20%.. its quite a bit

hmm, just tried it with my logitech g7, the max I could get my cpu to go up to was 8% randomly spazzing out.

Oh Science, mine goes up to 58% :(

[edit] Lawl, nevermind, it was the Folding@Home client using up 50% of my CPU time :P

Mine does the same.

Funky o_0
