today a kid gave me a phone for £2. have a look at it in the pic, and tell me whether it was worth it. i transferred the sim card from my last phone (shown) and i can use the same recharger.

AAAAA **** crap...
i dint mean to post this..... ******** i started a poll, then decided it looked like a spam and pressed back.
heres the pic anyway....

*edit* i dint want to see the baby under the saw die. i think it is g0rgon who posts that....

Well the new one looks better (Apart from the case picture). I think it was worth it. Those new ones are a beter size, for me they are the optimal size. I dont have one, but i have one just a little smaller and its just right. (I used to have a 33 10)

It's a decent phone. If it doesn't work, the least you're gonna be down is £2. If that's a big problem, you don't deserve £2 in the first place :p

It seems like a good deal.

I have that same Nokia phone on the right. What a piece of crap, I always get horrible reception and if you don't put keyguard on, it has a tendancy to dial itself out

Um the phone on the right is now 6 years old... :/ The phone on the left is ok, but i prefer the newer ones with a color screen, me myself has a 5100 but will be uppgrading to a bluetooth phone after the summer, since i've got a bluetooth keyboard and mouse i can take advantage of it.

I've got the one two models up from that. The 3510i with colour screen and stuff.

in 3/4 of a year im getting my dads phone (he gets a newer model every year) and its a cool video phone :) the 1 i have now was his origonally too. the last 1 he got never got passed down to me as he lost it
he spends loads on phones coz he runs his own buisness and needs it. and no, im not rich he works for himself if u get me.

I've got this one.

EDIT: Btw how did you get the date on your "desktop"?

i fing those a break in tradition... normally nokia has firm plastic but that has strange rubber from xen.

Lol yeah, but I like it, It's shockproof, water resistant and dust resistant. Jus the kinda phone I need. Plus it's got a flashlight, wich imho has been usefull.

Menu > Settings > Date and Time > Date > "Show date"

That should then show the date on your phone's screen as well as the time. That's assuming that feature is available on that phone.

LMAO A FLASHLIGHT!!!! lol i have been playing wif my new phone AND I HAVE SOME SORT OF PINBALL GAME- SPACE INVADERS- THE SEQUEL TO SNAKE AND SOMETHING ELSE!!! w00t i am happy. enjoyment right there for £2. bettr than HL2 anyday...

It is. My mate has one.

£500 handset only. £150 contract.

I know, some people from my dads office has one of those.

The one I showed will be able to display interactive digital terrestrial TV in the future. This autumm Nokia will start to test the tech in parts around and in the capital of Finalnd, and my dads work might be getting one of those with TV once they start testing. (He works at one of Finlands biggest TV networks, well only too :P).

3310's are reliable but nothing spectacular. if it works then great, if not then don't need to have a massive headache over it.

i've got a 6610, nice solid phone. anyone know how to get rid of the operator logo? i've been wanting to get rid of the '02-UK' bit for ages now but haven't figured it out.

Dedalus, something about the picture you took looks really good. I'm not sure what exactly, but the composition of it seems to look just....good :) The was the post it is just sat underneath it...I dunno, just looks cool

that's just the mess of my workspace, maybe i should put it in an art exhibition...

Cell phones suck here, in the US. In japan, they have cell phones that have a ton more usability, for a ton less cost. Why oh why are they still selling minutes here?? TIME IS NOT MONETARY!!!
